Untimely Request for Reconsideration

The protester requested reconsideration of the decision dismissing as untimely its protest against a contract award. The request for reconsideration was denied since it was filed more than 10 working days after the basis for reconsideration was known. The allegation that the agency procurement action resulted in substantial monetary loss to the Government did not raise a "significant issue."
