Cancellation of Solicitation after Bid Opening

The protester objected to the proposed cancellation of an invitation for bids after bid opening but prior to the contract award. The solicitation contained an erroneous wage determination which was not discovered until after the bids were opened. The cancellation of the solicitation was proper.
