Air Force Member's Claim for Variable Reenlistment Bonus

An Air Force member appealed disallowance of his claim for a variable reenlistment bonus (VRB). Since he served in a critical skill prior to his reenlistment, he was entitled to a VRB, but only to the multiplier designated for his old skill rather than for a new skill.
