Temporary Quarters Subsistence Expenses of Husband and Wife, Both Employees

An advance decision was requested concerning payment of a transferred employee's temporary quarters subsistence expenses for a period after her husband, an employee who was also transferred, occupied permanent quarters. Since the transfers were about 2 weeks apart, the employee was entitled to the allowances as of the date that her husband left the shared temporary quarters.
