Claims for Living Quarters Allowance by JROTC Instructors Overseas

This document is in reference to a request for a report of the petition filed January 17, 1977, in the which the plaintiffs seek payment for Living Quarters Allowances (LQA) they contend were erroneously denied them while employed as Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) instructors serving at the American high schools run by the Department of Defense (DOD) on military bases in Europe. They also seek to be awarded attorneys' fees and cost of suit.
