Appeal Concerning Excess Payments for Moving Household Goods of Navy Member

A former Navy member appealed a Claims Division determination of his indebtedness to the United States for excess costs in shipping his household goods release from the Navy. The member is entitled to payments not to exceed costs of shipment to Sacramento, California, which is established as his home of record in spite of discrepancies.
