Member Who Shipped Household Goods at Own Expense Prior to Issuance of Retirement Orders Not Entitled to Reimbursement

Army Master Sergeant shipped household goods from Fort Bragg, North Carolina, to Vermont at personal expense prior to issuance of retirement orders. Claim for reimbursement was disallowed because goods were shipped two months before retirement, at which time he would have been entitled to reimbursement.
