Payment of Temporary Lodging Allowance for Dependents Incident to Permanent Change of Duty Station

The claimant requested reconsideration of a settlement which disallowed his claim for temporary lodging allowance incident to the departure of his family from his former duty station to his new station. This payment is not authorized because the dependents did not leave within 60 days after the effective date of his permanent change of station orders.
