Amendment to Solicitation Concerning Wage Rates

A company protested award of a contract, contending that the awardee's bid was nonresponsive for failure to acknowledge an amendment to the solicitation which increased the wage rate. The increased rate did not relate to work to be performed under the contract, and the protester's competitive position was not adversely affected by the decision to accept the awardee's bid.
