Highlights

A member claimed reimbursement of tuition costs for enrollment at a foreign university. Since the member did not follow Air Force regulations concerning requests for tuition assistance, there was no basis for reimbursement. The claim did not warrant reporting to the Congress under the Meritorious Claims Act of 1928.
