Bidder Nonresponsible Because of Inadequate Drug Stability Data

A company protested an agency determination that it was nonresponsible. The determination was reasonable on the basis of drug stability data found to be inadequate by a preaward survey and affirmation of the finding by the Food and Drug Administration.
