Size Status of Successful Bidder

The protester objected to the award of a contract under a total small business set-aside procurement, alleging that the successful bidder was not a small business concern. The protest was not for consideration by GAO since the Small Business Administration has exclusive authority to determine the small business size status of bidders for Federal procurement purposes.
