Request for Relief Based on Error in Bid

The low bidder requested relief from an error in its bid alleged after verification of the bid price and award of the contract. Since the low bidder verified the price and there was no reason for the contracting officer to be on constructive notice of an error, a valid contract resulted, and the bid price cannot be modified.
