Reconsideration of Claim for Travel Expenses for Retired Army Member

A retired member requested reconsideration of the denial of his claim for reimbursement for air travel costs for himself and his dependents to his home of selection following retirement. Since the member's new employer included travel expenses in his annual statement of earnings, he is not entitled to reimbursement for travel not performed at personal expense.
