THE DISALLOWANCE OF YOUR CLAIM WAS PREDICATED ON THE FACT THAT THE RECORD SHOWED SUCH COSTS WERE INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE PRICE OF YOUR RESIDENCE AND WERE PAID BY THE SELLER.
