Department Of Defense Participation In The Summmer Employment Program, Project Hire, and Project Value

This document discusses the matter of what degree the DOD is involved in combating "social ills." GAO had discussed matters with the Department of Defense pertaining to programs which contribute in some manner to combating domestic "social ills." GAO was asked to concentrate their efforts on the Summer Employment Program for Youth, Project Hire, and Project Value and provide details on these programs.
