Removal of Public Utility Lines on Unreserved, Non-Appropriated Federal Lands

A request was made by the Attorney General of Nevada to have the Federal Government reimburse the State of Nevada for expenses incurred in the removal of public utility lines, located on non-appropriated and unreserved Federal lands in order to accommodate the construction of a Federal aid highway.
