Procurement of Abstracts Under the Boulder Canyon Project Act

This decision responds to a request made by the Secretary of the Interior (SOI) as to whether or not appropriated funds from the Boulder Canyon Project Act may be used for the procurement of abstracts of title or of certification of title, with or without the insurance feature as an incident thereto.
