Bids--Acceptance or Rejection--Acceptance of Other Than Lowest--Apparently Erroneous Bids

North American Packing and Processing Corporation protested the award of a contract to Cargo Packers, Inc., Brooklyn, New York by the Corps of Engineers, United States Army, New York District, for the furnishing of processing and packing services for overseas shipment of supplies. North American Packing and Processing contended that there were discrepancies between unit prices and extended amounts and the accuracy of their bid prices should be verified.
