Purchase of Decorative Items with Imprest Funds

GAO provided an advance decision to the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) concerning the propriety of certifying a reconstructed replenishment voucher for an employee who made imprest cash disbursements for plants, vases and handicraft items to decorate a BIA office.
