Reconsideration of Denial for Relief for the Loss of Revenue Receipts and a Receipt Book by an Internal Revenue Service Employee

The Commissioner of Internal Revenue requested GAO's reconsideration of its Civil Division's decision to deny relief to a Revenue Officer for the loss of $140 of revenue receipts and a receipt book while carrying out his duties or calling on delinquent taxpayers.
