A firm protested a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) contract award for laundry transport services, contending that the awardee was not eligible for award. GAO held that VA properly determined that the awardee met its past performance criteria because of its affiliation with a subsidiary and was therefore eligible for award. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
