Two firms protested an Air Force contract award for logistics support services, contending that the Air Force misevaluated proposals in several respects and failed to engage in meaningful discussions. GAO held that (1) the record shows that the Air Force's evaluation was reasonable and consistent with the evaluation scheme outlined in the solicitation, and that (2) the record shows that offerers were led into areas of their proposals that required amplification or correction. Accordingly, the protests were denied.
