A firm protested a Naval Facilities Engineering Command contract award for the building construction, contending that the Naval Facilities Engineering Command failed to credit the protester's proposal under the past performance and corporate experience evaluation factors for the experience of its principals while employed by other firms. GAO held that the Naval Facilities Engineering Command evaluation and source selection were reasonable and consistent with the solicitation's evaluation factors for the award. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
