A firm protested the possible corrective actions of the Department of the Navy regarding a prior, contending that the Navy would act improperly. GAO found that: (1) the appeal authority upheld the protester's appeal and remanded the matter to the Navy to take corrective action and (2) the Navy has not yet determined what action it will take. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed as premature.
