A firm protested a Defense National Stockpile Center (DNSC) contract award for material handling services, contending that DNSC unreasonably considered the poor performance record of the protester's proposed special projects manager in evaluating its past performance. GAO found that: (1) it was reasonable for DNSC to consider the poor performance record of protester's proposed special projects manager in evaluating protester's past performance, and (2) the information available to DNSC indicated that the special projects manager would play an important role in performing the contemplated contract. Accordingly, the protest is denied.
