A firm protested a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) contract award for linguist services, contending that DEA unreasonably evaluated the technical proposals. GAO held that DEA reasonably determined that the technical advantages of the awardee's proposal were worth its higher price and that the awardee's proposal contained less risk. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
