Request for an Allotment of Funds for an Alternation of the Government-owned American Legation Building at San Jose

The American Minister to Costa Rica requested an allotment of funds for an alteration of the Government-owned American Legation building at San Jose. The request is for the use of appropriated funds for the construction of an additional large room on the north side of the east wing of the building to be used for additional office space.
