ENCLOSED IS A COPY OF DD FORM 1351-2, SIGNED BY YOU ON MAY 19, 1967, MAKING CLAIM FOR PER DIEM IN LIEU OF SUBSISTENCE FOR TRAVEL PERFORMED ON APRIL 30 AND MAY 1, 1967, INCIDENT TO TRAVEL FROM SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA, TO BREMERHAVEN, GERMANY. IT IS NOTED ON DD FORM 1351-2 THAT $14.50 WAS INCLUDED IN CHECK NO. 8,224 DATED JUNE 1, 1967, DRAWN IN YOUR FAVOR, A COPY ENCLOSED HEREWITH SHOWING YOUR ENDORSEMENT.

WE HAVE AGAIN REVIEWED YOUR CASE; HOWEVER, OUR OPINION IS THAT YOU HAVE OFFERED NO NEW EVIDENCE THAT WOULD WARRANT A CHANGE IN OUR CONCLUSION.
