Tonka Equipment Company:

Tonka Equipment Company protests the award of a contract for filtration equipment to General Filter Company by the Viliage of Bellevue, Michigan.

The record indicates that the Village is awarding the contract funded with a loan from the Farmers Home Administration. We do not review protests such as this, as they do not involve procurements by or for an agency of the federal government. 4 C.F.R. Sec. 21.1(a) (1987); R.W.
