Herewith for your information and appropriate action is copy of my letter of today to the Secretary of the Treasury relative to Private law 133, 78th Congress, approved November 22, 1943, providing for payment to Nellie Starr McCorkle for the accumulated leave which accrued to her decreased husband, Captain John Ray McCorkle, under the act of August 1, 1941, 55 Stat. 616, claim for which was disallowed by this office on July 2, 1942.
