A firm protested a Financial Management Service (FMS) contract award for computer services, contending that: (1) FMS unreasonably evaluated the proposals; and (2) FMS' price realism analysis was unreasonable. GAO held that FMS reasonably evaluated the proposals in accordance with the solicitation's evaluation criteria. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
