[Protest of JFK Center for the Performing Arts Rejection of Bid and Contract Award for Elevator/Escalator Repairs]

A firm protested the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts' rejection of its bid and subsequent contract award for elevator and escalator maintenance and repair, contending that its proposal represented the best value to the government.
