A firm protested a Navy contract award for armed security guard services, contending that the Navy unreasonably evaluated its proposal. GAO held that the: (1) Navy evaluated the proposal in accordance with the stated solicitation criteria; and (2) protester was not sufficiently interested to protest the award, since it would not be in line for award even if its protest was sustained. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
