[Protest of Army Cancellation of Solicitation for Lodging and Transportation Services]

A firm protested the Army's cancellation of solicitation for lodging and transportation services, contending that the: (1) Army's estimate was unreasonably low; and (2) low bid submitted by another bidder should be rejected as nonresponsive. GAO held that the Army properly cancelled the solicitation, since the bid prices it received were unreasonably high. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
