A firm protested an Army Corps of Engineers contract award for environmental abatement projects, contending that the Corps unreasonably evaluated its proposal. GAO held that the Corps: (1) evaluated the protester's proposal in accordance with the solicitation's evaluation criteria; and (2) reasonably made award to the technically superior, higher-priced bid. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
