[Protest of Forest Service Solicitation for Helicopter Services]

A firm protested the Forest Service's rejection of its bid for helicopter services, contending that the Forest Service deliberately failed to send it a copy of the solicitation. GAO held that the record established that the protester's name was inadvertently dropped from the bidders' mailing list and adequate competition was obtained. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
