Highlights

A firm protested the U.S. Bankruptcy Court's rejection of its bid for copying services, and the subsequent termination of its contract as improperly awarded, contending that the Court improperly evaluated its proposal. GAO held that the Court properly rejected the protester's bid as unresponsive, since the protester failed to comply with the solicitation's requirement to include in its bid two of three payment options it would accept from the public for its copying services. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
