[Protest of DLA Rejection of Bid for Containers]

A firm protested a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) contract award for tote boxes, contending that DLA improperly refused to extend the deadline for the submission of quotations. GAO held that the protester's inability to prepare and submit a timely quotation was due to its own failure to promptly request and obtain information, rather than any improper action by DLA.
