[Protest of DLA Rejection of Bid for Microphones]

A firm protested the Defense Logistics Agency's (DLA) rejection of its proposal for certain dynamic microphones as late, contending that the proposal was timely received by DLA. GAO held that DLA properly rejected the proposal as late, since the protester failed to address its proposal to the appropriate bid opening room, and, as a result, was routed through the mail processing system to the wrong location. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
