[Protest of Air Force Rejection of Bid for Technical Services]

A firm protested the Air Force's rejection of its bid for technical support for computer services, contending that the Air Force conducted prejudicially unequal and misleading discussions with the awardee. GAO held that the awardee was in the same position as the protester going into the second round of discussions, and key information supplied to all bidders did not come until the second round of discussions. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
