Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of its dismissed protest of an Air Force contract award. GAO had held that the protester failed to establish a basis of protest. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that it needed only to establish the likelihood of improper agency action. GAO held that the protester failed to explain its protest in detail or provide legal and factual grounds of protest. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
