A firm protested six Air Force contract awards for hazardous waste cleanup, contending that the Air Force failed to set aside two of the contracts for small businesses contrary to solicitation specifications. GAO held that the protester was not sufficiently interested to protest, since it would not be in line for award even if its protest were sustained. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
