A Bureau of Reclamation employee claimed reimbursement for expenses he incurred in moving his mobile home incident to his transfer of duty station. GAO held that the claimant could not be reimbursed: (1) for property leveling expenses, unless he can show that he incurred the cost for leveling the mobile home itself; and (2) under the miscellaneous expenses allowance for material to install a new power pole. Accordingly, the claim was denied.
