Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of its denied protests against the Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) rejection of its late bids. GAO had held that HUD properly rejected the protester's late bids. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that GAO erroneously determined the reason for its late bids. GAO held that the protester did not: (1) show that the prior decision contained any errors of fact or law; and (2) present any new information that warranted reversal of the original decision. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
