Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of its dismissed protest against the General Services Administration's (GSA) rejection of its bid. GAO had held that the protester untimely filed its GAO-level protest more than 10 working days after the denial of its agency-level protest. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that it timely filed its GAO-level protest after receiving notice of GSA denial of its agency-level protest. GAO held that the protester untimely filed its protest more than 10 working days after it received notice of the denial of its agency-level protest. Accordingly, the dismissal was affirmed.
