A former Air Force officer claimed payment for accrued leave credited to him at the time the Air Force dropped him from service due to a felony offense. GAO held that the claimant was not entitled to accrued leave, since payment of such leave was only authorized for members discharged under honorable conditions. Accordingly, the claim was denied.
