A firm requested reconsideration of its protest against an Air Force contract award for commissary services. GAO had held that the Air Force properly evaluated proposals and requested revised offers. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that the: (1) Air Force assigned weights to technical and cost factors consistently with the evaluation criteria; and (2) protester showed no error of fact or law in the original decision that would warrant reversal. Accordingly, the original decision was affirmed.
