Highlights

A firm protested the Air Force's rejection of its bid and subsequent contract award for systems furniture work stations, contending that: (1) the Air Force improperly rejected its bid as nonresponsive; and (2) it should have received award based on its low, responsive bid. GAO held that the protester was not an interested party, since another bid, which the Air Force rejected on the same grounds, was lower than its bid. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
