[Request for Reconsideration of Former Air Force Member's Barred Claim for Backpay and Allowances]

A former Air Force employee claimed backpay and allowances, contending that the: (1) Air Force withheld backpay and allowances that he was entitled to receive; and (2) Air Force's delayed processing was not his fault. GAO held that the claim was statutorily barred. Accordingly, the claim was denied.
